Deposit and Cancellation Policy at Peachy Keen Hair

A 20% deposit may be required to secure your appointment with us. This amount will be deducted from your total bill at point of sale on the completion of your appointment.
Please note we currently have a 24 hr cancellation policy in place.
If cancellation is necessary, please call us on (02) 9869 8394 24hrs in advance, during business hours, if we are closed you may leave a voice message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Please note that a no show or late cancellation will incur the loss of your deposit.
We do understand that some circumstances are unavoidable but unfortunately we are often unable to fill the gap created when a late cancellation or no show occurs.

24 hours notice gives us the opportunity to offer an appointment to someone on our waitlist which we greatly appreciate.
